Role Description: Job Title: Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru Shift Time: EMEA Overview: Role Description Qlik BI Developer Experience 1-3 Years Job Summary We are seeking a Qlik Developer with strong SQL, QlikView, and Qlik Sense expertise to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have experience in Qlik data modeling, load scripting, dashboard development, and data integration from multiple source systems. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders are essential. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive QlikView and QlikSense dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and other database objects. Design and maintain data models to ensure efficient reporting and analytics. Develop and maintain Qlik load scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple source systems, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and optimal performance. Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions. Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshoot data-related issues. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Participate in report enhancements, testing, deployment, and documentation. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including query writing, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database optimization. Strong expertise in Qlik Sense and/or QlikView, including dashboard development, data modeling, scripting, set analysis, and data visualization best practices. Good understanding of data modeling concepts, star schema, and dimensional modeling. Knowledge of QlikSense and/or QlikView, including dashboard development, data modeling, scripting, and visualization, is desirable. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense administration activities, including server management, security, user access, reload scheduling, and performance monitoring, is an advantage. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and data warehousing concepts. Exposure to financial services, banking, investment banking domains is an added advantage. Work Requirements Must be willing to work in a 24x6 support environment. Should be flexible to work on weekends, if required, based on business needs. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
