Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain applications in C++ (and C# where applicable)
• Implement and support industrial communication protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3 and SNMP
• Work with file transfer and terminal protocols including FTP, FTPS, SFTP, TFTP, HTTP, ASCII, YMODEM and XMODEM
• Integrate applications with databases via ODBC
• Debug and analyze network traffic using Wireshark and tcpdump
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker
• Collaborate on DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development
• Working knowledge of C# preferred
• Experience with IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3 and SNMP protocols
• Experience with FTP, FTPS, SFTP, TFTP, HTTP, ASCII, YMODEM and XMODEM
• Experience with ODBC and database connectivity
• Proficiency with Wireshark and/or tcpdump
• Experience with Docker and DevOps/CI-CD practices
• Exposure to Embedded C, Embedded Systems and RTOS is a plus
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, networking, SCADA and industrial automation is a plus
• Experience building applications from scratch is a plus
• Notice period of immediate to 15 days (currently serving notice period candidates only)
