DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review rejects from both incoming quality inspection and production floor. - Investigate critical quality issues, create problem statements and communicate to the cross-functional team. - Manage and coordinate the containment activities (sorting/rework) to minimize the impact on production operations due to quality issues. - Support problem solving and continuous improvement projects. - Coordinate the disposition of Process Change Notifications and Deviations. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - 2-4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: - Data Collection & Analysis – Ability to gather, interpret, and present data for decision-making. - Problem Solving & Critical Thinking – Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. - Blueprint Reading – Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical schematics. - Gages & Measurements – Skilled in using precision measurement tools to ensure quality standards. - MS Office Suite – Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting. - Knowledge of Internal Combustion Engines – Understanding of engine systems and related technologies.
