Since 2002, StaffReady has provided the healthcare market with cloud-based, clinical workforce management (WFM) software solutions. Homegrown in Spokane, Washington, StaffReady was one of the first to deliver cloud-based, WFM software solutions to hospital departments, specifically ancillary departments such as labs and pharmacies. StaffReady started early meeting the need for hospital departments and standalone independent labs and pharmacies wanting to transition from manual to digital solutions for managing staff processes and requirements such as staff scheduling, compliance, competency, checklist and inspection prep tracking. StaffReady replaced paper, binders, spreadsheets and shared drives with an online access point for all things related to operational staff management. Company: Maplewood Software, dba. StaffReady Position Title: React/Java UX Front-End Programmer Department: Development Reports to: John Janzen, CTO Location: Spokane, WA Company Overview: Maplewood Software dba. StaffReady could be viewed as a Silicon Valley software company relocated to Spokane, in other words Digital Master Builders. Our first Software as a Service product launched in 2002, and we are very proud to say our first customer is still using the product. We are pioneers, developing our own products and tools when we have too, but have done considerable development work for some of the world's largest companies (Microsoft, Roche). Position Overview: Maplewood Software dba.StaffReady utilizes React and React Native front end on a Spring/ Java platform to create web-based applications. The React/Java UX Programmer position focuses primarily on React for web browsing and cell phone apps. Key Responsibilities: · Refactor existing jQuery code to React · Build new applications and new features on existing applications · User Experience design and graphical layouts · Create and Maintain code and UX standards · Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs · Time and project management · Source code management with Git, DevOps · Excellent communicator, team participant, and servant leader · Self-managed and self-motivated Required Qualifications: · Ability to work with cutting edge React and Java code · 3 or more years of experience · Demonstrated leadership capacity Perks and Benefits Section: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Flexible hybrid work environment (3 days onsite) - Dynamic, collaborative, and innovative work culture - Health Insurance
