We work with leading technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake, and combine strong engineering culture with a consulting mindset and a continuous focus on growth and knowledge sharing. ## You will be: - developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, - creating new features and enhancing existing functionalities for iOS and Android applications, - collaborating with product owners, designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions, - integrating mobile applications with APIs and third-party services, - optimizing application performance, stability, and user experience, - maintaining CI/CD pipelines and supporting automated build and release processes using GitHub Actions, - managing application releases, including distributing builds through TestFlight and Google Play testing tracks, and publishing production versions to the App Store and Google Play Store. ## Your profile: - having a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience with React Native development, - having at least 2 years of commercial experience with native iOS and/or Android development, - demonstrating a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience with React and TypeScript, - developing proficiently in TypeScript, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, and Java, - having hands-on experience with publishing production applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, - managing certificates, provisioning profiles, code signing, and application release processes, - working with GitHub Actions to build and release mobile applications, - distributing applications to testers using TestFlight and Google Play testing tracks, - applying software engineering best practices while creating clean, maintainable, and scalable mobile applications, - practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery. - Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. ## Nice to have: - experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work. - interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches. ## Recruitment Process: CV review – HR call – Interview – Client Interview – Decision
