Job Description

Diligent Tec is hiring a remote AI Platform Engineer to build and scale infrastructure supporting AI/ML workloads, with a strong preference for candidates who bring Life Sciences domain exposure or prior experience at Johnson & Johnson (J&J).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable AI/ML platform infrastructure
  • Automate deployment pipelines for model training and serving
  • Collaborate with data science teams to productionize AI models
  • Monitor platform performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Implement security and compliance best practices for AI systems

Requirements

  • Life Sciences industry experience or prior experience at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) required
  • Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI/ML workloads
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
