## Description Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, particularly for operations roles. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, has a persuasive communication style, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is a hybrid role that will work out of the main office in the Central Park area of Denver. ### What’s in it for You? - Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary with $100,000 OTE. - Professional Development: Gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, with opportunities for career advancement - Flexibility: Enjoy a hybrid schedule while making a significant impact on the company’s hiring efforts - Engaging Work Environment: Work with a high-energy team dedicated to finding top talent and growing the company ### Responsibilities - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with urgency, creativity, and attention to detail - Sourcing Strategy: Utilize social media platforms, web-based job boards, career fairs, and college campuses to attract diverse talent - Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, conduct outreach calls, pre-screen applicants, and leverage internal referrals - Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications - Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and assist hiring managers with the selection process - Offer Management & Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, collaborate with HR on background checks, and ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed before the candidate's first day - Compliance & Documentation: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) daily, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws - Collaboration: Work closely with department managers and HR to align hiring strategies with business needs - Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support talent acquisition and department managers ### Qualifications - Experience: 1-2 years of recruiting experience (industry experience preferred) - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Work Ethic: Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and organization - Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with hiring managers, HR, and leadership ### Join Us At Lifetime Home Remodeling, we’re dedicated to building a top-tier team that drives our company's success.
