In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried professional positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent. What You'll Do - Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried professional positions - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies - Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process - Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools - Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process - Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and manage offers - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding - Maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and provide regular hiring updates What You'll Recruit For You'll support hiring across a variety of salaried professional positions, which may include: - Engineering - Supply Chain - Purchasing - Manufacturing Support - Finance - Human Resources - Information Technology - Quality - Operations - Other professional business functions Qualifications - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience - Experience recruiting salaried professional or corporate positions - Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously - Experience working with applicant tracking systems - Highly organized with strong attention to detail ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
