Responsibilities and essential job functions: - Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams. - Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. - Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
