Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field required; Mechanical Engineering preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of project management, engineering, or related experience within mining, aggregates, manufacturing, or other heavy industrial environments. - Experience managing capital projects, budgets, schedules, contractors, and project execution activities. - Ability to perform project financial evaluations, including cost estimating and ROI analysis. Preferred Qualifications - Strong project management, organizational, and leadership capabilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. - Experience managing external contractors, engineering consultants, and cross-functional project teams. - Knowledge of construction management, engineering standards, and industrial safety practices. - Familiarity with environmental compliance requirements and MSHA regulations. - Ability to develop operational training processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
