Designing Layout Concepts - Create concept plans and storyboards for retail spaces. - Research design trends and consumer behavior to predict market needs. - Use 3D, VR, and AI tools to test and innovate new layouts. 2. Developing Design Strategies - Partner with merchandising teams to align layouts with business goals. - Build and share 3D asset libraries for the team. - Choose materials, manage design partners, and create official guideline books. 3. Managing Projects (Conception to Delivery) - Support project managers from early prototypes to full-scale rollouts. - Monitor design tools and coordinate with purchasing. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards, while minimizing environmental impact.
