Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development using Python, Django, React.js, and Node.js
• Architect and implement microservices and microfrontend solutions
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system performance optimization
• Own developer platform and internal tooling initiatives
• Guide system design decisions across distributed, cloud-native applications
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to the engineering team

Requirements

• 12+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 3+ years as a Technical Lead
• Strong experience with distributed systems and enterprise application development
• Proven leadership in developer platforms and internal tooling
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL
• Experience with Docker & Docker Compose, Microservices & Microfrontend Architecture
• Strong Linux & Shell Scripting skills
• SQL & NoSQL database experience
• CI/CD pipeline and DevOps experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Consulting background (e.g., HCL, CTS, TCS) preferred
• Must hold valid US work authorization: USC, H1B, H4, or GC-EAD
