WIN Technology – Connections Matter. ## Requirements Position Summary: WIN Technology is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga, and Form Assembly. This role is ideal for a Salesforce Administrator with a solid technical foundation and growing business acumen, capable of contributing to both day-to-day platform management and ongoing enhancements. The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate closely with senior team members, business analysts, stakeholders, and technology teams to translate user needs into effective solutions, support system improvements, and deliver measurable business value through Salesforce. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, a user-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently on core responsibilities while continuing to expand their expertise and take on more complex initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration & Configuration - Administer and support the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roes, profiles, and data management - Configure and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and flow-based automation - Contribute to solution design by aligning business requirements with Salesforce capabilities, with guidance on more complex initiatives - Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements to improve usability and performance Requirements Support & User Experience - Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements - Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation - Contribute to designing intuitive, user-friendly solutions that improve workflows and user experience - Collaborate with business analysts and senior team members to refine and prioritize requirements Agile Delivery & Execution - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups - Execute assigned work within sprints, ensuring quality and timely delivery - Provide input on effort estimation and task prioritization - Support alignment between business needs and technical solutions Data Quality & System Optimization - Support data governance efforts, including data quality, deduplication, and validation processes - Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement - Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision making - Contribute to automation and process improvements that increase operational efficiency User Support, Training & Documentation - Serve as a primary support resource for Salesforce users, resolving issues and escalating when appropriate - Assist with onboarding and training efforts for new and existing users - Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user guides - Support user adoption through responsive support and continuous improvement Tools, Integrations, & Compliance Support - Support administration of Conga (Composer, Contracts/CLM) and From Assembly within Salesforce workflows - Participate in release management processes, including deployments and version control (e.g., Gearset) - Follow established security and compliance practices, including user access, permissions, and data protection - Assist in monitoring system usage and maintaining platform integrity Qualifications Required: - Minimum of one year of Salesforce Administration experience or equivalent hands-on experience - Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce configuration best practices - Experience with Flow and Salesforce automation tools - Ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions with minimal guidance - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Effective communication and collaboration skills Preferred: - Salesforce Administration Certification - Experience with Conga (Composer, CLM) and/or Form Assembly - Exposure to DevOps tools such as Gearset or similar - Experience working in Agile environments - Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis - Interest in UX/UI principles and user-centered design Work Conditions/Equipment: Most work performed indoors. Physical activity consists of normal office work and occasional lifting up to 30 pounds. Utilization of basic office machines and computer equipment. Regular travel is not anticipated, however occasional local and regional travel may be necessary to complete a job task or assignment.
