As a Salesforce Core Developer Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting, specializing in Salesforce solutions to help clients optimize operational efficiency. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your versatile consulting skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Your efforts will empower clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, and uphold professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes through Salesforce technology
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive client success
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
- Integrating enterprise software solutions to support client business objectives
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
- Embracing emerging technologies to innovate and improve client service delivery
- Managing systems project management tasks to validate timely delivery of client solutions
- Building and nurturing client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Experience in Apex and LWC custom development
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendations
