Job Description
- Execute and manage email campaigns and journeys using Email Studio and Journey Builder
- Develop and troubleshoot dynamic content using AMPscript and personalization logic
- Manage Data Extensions, SQL queries, and Automation Studio workflows
- Perform campaign validation, testing, preview, and deployment
- Support distributed marketing / advisor communications use cases
- Ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation
Along with this,
- Handle INC tickets related to SFMC and MOD (CRM) systems
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Troubleshoot campaign failures, data issues, and integrations
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely communication
- Coordinate critical issue resolution
Preferred Skills
- Financial services domain experience
- Knowledge of SFMC APIs
- Distributed marketing familiarity
- Agile support model exposure
