Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 5-8 years of QA experience with 3+ years on Salesforce Government Cloud; Salesforce Certified Administrator+ AI Specialist required; active Public Trust or Secret clearance required - Expert in integration testing (Postman, SoapUI), MuleSoft middleware validation, and leading defect triage/sprint planning within Agile delivery framework. - Salesforce Skills: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and familiarity with declarative features. - Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and consultative approach; experience with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines . - Certifications: ISTQB Foundation/Advanced, Agile Tester, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Salesforce certifications are valuable .
