Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits. - Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing. - Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. - Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing). - Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms. - Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development. - Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
