Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a curriculum on AI solution deployment in client-facing settings
• Train participants on LLM/GenAI integration, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and model fine-tuning basics
• Cover practical skills including API/tool integration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and debugging AI systems in live environments
• Walk learners through real client-style use cases such as chatbots, copilots, and automation agents
• Mentor learners on client communication, scoping, and iterative solution delivery
• Assess learner progress and provide structured feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on client-deployment or solutions engineering experience
• Working knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar), and cloud AI services
• Prior training/mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication skills for both technical depth and client-facing delivery
