Job Description
Sankhyana Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced AI Forward Deployed Engineer to train learners on deploying and customizing AI/ML and GenAI solutions directly within client environments. This role blends applied AI engineering with real-world client delivery practices, ideal for someone who has hands-on experience embedding AI systems into production client workflows. This is an online, part-time/contract training assignment with sessions held weekday evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a curriculum on AI solution deployment in client-facing settings
- Train participants on LLM/GenAI integration, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and model fine-tuning basics
- Cover practical skills including API/tool integration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and debugging AI systems in live environments
- Walk learners through real client-style use cases such as chatbots, copilots, and automation agents
- Mentor learners on client communication, scoping, and iterative solution delivery
- Assess learner progress and provide structured feedback
Requirements
- 4+ years in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on client-deployment or solutions engineering experience
- Working knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar), and cloud AI services
- Prior training/mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication skills for both technical depth and client-facing delivery
