This collaborative environment will provide the capabilities required for HUGO BOSS to maximise data usage and support its growth trajectory towards becoming the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide. ## What we offer - Develop your professional career working with one of the major brands in the fashion industry - Lead a fast-growing international and diverse team - Driving to success a best in class E2E demand and supply planning initiative to improve the whole supply chain of the entire organization - Working with a world leading software vendor and one of the most advanced integrated business planning platforms in the world - Driving high-impact insights enhances decision-making across the entire organization ## What you will do - Lead the analysis, migration, and modernization of SAP BW, SAP HANA, and ABAP data flows. - Analyze and re-engineer SAP BW objects, ABAP programs, custom extractors, and integration components. - Design scalable, cloud-ready data processing solutions while preserving business logic, reconciliation, and auditability. - Define migration strategies, technical dependencies, source-to-target mappings, and data validation approaches. - Collaborate with SAP Architects, Data Engineers, BI Developers, AI teams, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle. - Support AI-assisted migration by documenting SAP metadata, object dependencies, and technical specifications. - Work with SAP integration technologies, including APIs, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, CDS Views, OData Services, and extractors. - Lead technical design reviews, troubleshooting, migration testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live support. - Drive best practices in SAP migration, data governance, metadata management, lineage, and technical documentation ## What you will bring - 8+years of experience with SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, SAP HANA, ABAP, or SAP data migration projects. - Strong expertise in SAP BW objects, ABAP development, SAP HANA, and SAP integration technologies. - Proven experience delivering SAP migration, modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives. - Experience with SAP data extraction, delta handling, reconciliation, performance tuning, and migration testing. - Strong SQL and data analysis skills with experience validating source-to-target data. - Understanding of modern cloud data platforms and architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, Semantic Layer). - Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar cloud technologies is preferred. - Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, lineage, and AI-assisted migration tools is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
