Key Responsibilities

• Fine tune and optimize foundation models for production use
• Build distributed training and inference infrastructure
• Design scalable data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and model serving systems
• Improve model performance through quantization, distillation, and inference optimization
• Work directly with the founders to build core AI capabilities from the ground up

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
• Hands on experience fine tuning LLMs or foundation models (LoRA/QLoRA or full fine tuning)
• Strong expertise in PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and distributed training frameworks
• Experience with GPU infrastructure, model serving, and inference optimization
• Ability to thrive in fast paced startup environments and enjoy solving complex engineering problems
