We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Archer Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the RSA Archer GRC platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Archer configuration, development, integrations, and GRC processes, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the RSA Archer platform - Configure applications, questionnaires, workflows, access controls, dashboards, and reports - Develop and maintain data feeds, APIs, and integrations with external systems - Perform Archer platform upgrades, patching, and optimization - Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Lead Archer module implementations (e.g., Risk Management, Compliance, Third-Party Risk, Audit) - Troubleshoot performance issues and provide L2/L3 production support - Ensure adherence to security, governance, and best practices - Develop technical documentation, design documents, and user guides - Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship - experience in shifting landscape of heavy reliance on JavaScript and Python for our development talent
