The team works at pace, managing complex accounting processes across countries while ensuring compliance with both local and Group (US GAAP) standards. You’ll work closely with a diverse network of stakeholders including clinic teams, finance colleagues, and external partners, giving you strong exposure across the organisation. The team is highly analytical, detail-focused, and committed to continuous improvement, using modern systems and tools to deliver high-quality financial reporting and insights What we’re looking for · Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field · Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a Shared Service Centre, large organisation, or audit environment · Strong experience managing general ledger activities and leading month-end/year-end close processes. · Experience performing balance sheet reconciliations (Blackline) · Experience supporting statutory financial statements and tax reporting · Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability and attention to detail; experience with Oracle ERP is advantageous · Fluent English language skills (essential), with strong Danish and ideally some understanding of Norwegian advantageous.
