This role performs detailed reviews of financial statements and supports complex accounting processes while serving as a technical resource for preparers. The position focuses on quality assurance and maintaining accounting standards across deliverables. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements - Support and development: We will ensure you have the right training, tools and development plan to grow and improve your skills every day ## Qualifications ABOUT YOU - You are a CPA (or equivalent) with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, and at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit focused on complex portfolios and advanced accounting modules. - You have strong expertise in reviewing financial statements, validating capital calls and distributions, maintaining fund books and records, and ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements. - You are highly skilled in analyzing complex transactions and operational procedures, with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quality assurance capabilities. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy, compliance, and high-quality deliverables through effective review and validation. - You are a collaborative and proactive professional with excellent communication skills, capable of providing technical guidance and constructive feedback, driving process improvements, resolving issues, and performing effectively under pressure with a positive, “can-do” attitude. ## Additional Information OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
