The Role: The Senior Accountant is responsible for delivering accurate financial records, reporting, reconciliations, and client accounting services while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end accounting activities. - Prepare and review monthly financial statements. - Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and invoicing. - Support payroll processing and cash flow forecasting. - Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements. - Collaborate with clients to resolve financial queries. - Support process transitions and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. - 3–6 years of accounting experience. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, http://Bill.com, or similar platforms. - Advanced Excel skills. Great to Have: - Experience supporting international clients. - Exposure to multi-entity accounting environments.
