As a Senior AI Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced AI-powered solutions that transform complex enterprise environments. You will define scalable architectures, guide technical strategy, and ensure AI systems are secure, reliable, and production-ready. You will act as a trusted technical leader, driving architecture decisions, governance, and implementation standards across multidisciplinary teams. - Create and maintain comprehensive architecture blueprints, system designs, data flow models, component structures, and API specifications across multiple delivery teams. - Define, document, and defend key architectural decisions while evaluating technical constraints, risks, and long-term impacts. - Lead architecture reviews with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency, scalability, and technical alignment. - Design AI and agentic system architectures, including LLM orchestration, multi-agent workflows, routing strategies, memory management, and context handling. - Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, including vector databases, embedding pipelines, retrieval strategies, and real-time data integrations. - Optimize AI systems by overseeing model selection, performance improvements, latency management, fallback strategies, and evaluation frameworks. - Design modernization strategies for complex enterprise systems, including API enablement, legacy system transformation, and event-driven integrations. - Establish secure and compliant AI architectures through threat modeling, auditability, governance frameworks, and human-in-the-loop controls. - Define cloud, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and security patterns that support scalable and cost-efficient AI operations. - Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including technology leaders and enterprise architecture teams, to build confidence in proposed solutions. - Mentor technical teams and contribute to improving architectural practices, engineering quality, and innovation capabilities. ## Requirements: You are an experienced technology leader with a strong background in enterprise architecture, AI systems, cloud platforms, and secure software delivery.
