This role offers the opportunity to design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications at global scale. You will take ownership of highly available AWS environments, driving reliability, security, and operational excellence across complex platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced DevOps professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a remote, collaborative, and technically ambitious environment.
### Accountabilities:
The Senior AWS DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving secure, scalable, and reliable cloud platforms while enabling efficient software delivery processes. ### Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced DevOps professional with a strong background in AWS cloud environments, automation, and modern infrastructure practices. You should be comfortable working independently, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with distributed engineering teams.
- 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and operating production workloads on AWS, including services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS, S3, Route 53, and Auto Scaling.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent solutions.
- Solid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing observability solutions using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar for automation purposes.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, VPNs, load balancing, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Experience supporting high-availability production systems and optimizing cloud costs is a plus.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes certifications, or experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux are considered advantageous.
- Experience with Helm, Kubernetes Operators, FinOps practices, or cloud cost optimization initiatives is a plus.
### Benefits:
- 100% remote work flexibility.
- Long-term international projects with global exposure.
- Opportunity to work with modern cloud-native technologies and large-scale platforms.
- High-impact position with significant technical ownership and autonomy.
