With decades of expertise, the client plays a crucial role in providing energy that powers economies and supports communities worldwide. Their diverse portfolio spans the exploration, production, and distribution of energy resources, with a strong focus on the oil and gas sector while continuously investing in digital transformation and modern cloud technologies. This role is a great opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications supporting business-critical processes within a global organization. You will contribute to the development, enhancement, and integration of cloud-based solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams delivering modern digital platforms. The project combines backend development, Azure cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise integrations within a collaborative international environment. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, platform specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions supporting the client's digital ecosystem. ## You will be: - develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using the .NET platform, - design and implement backend services and integrations supporting business-critical processes, - collaborate with architects and development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable cloud-based solutions, - contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps, - support application integrations with Azure services and enterprise platforms, - participate in technical discussions related to cloud architecture, networking, and application modernization, - support troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and continuous improvement activities, - collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, - contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and development standards, - adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively across multiple initiatives, - depending on seniority, take ownership of technical areas, support architectural decisions, and mentor less experienced team members, ## Your profile: - strong commercial experience developing applications using the .NET platform, - practical experience building enterprise-grade backend applications and services, - experience working with Microsoft Azure environments, - familiarity with Azure networking concepts, including Front Door, Azure Firewall, and Azure Application Gateway, - knowledge of Azure API Management (APIM), - experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, - strong understanding of software engineering best practices and modern development workflows, - experience working with Git and Agile software delivery methodologies, - proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or integrating AI-powered capabilities into software solutions, - excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, - strong communication and collaboration skills in international engineering environments, - ability to manage frequent context switching and effectively balance multiple priorities, - practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery. - Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. ## Nice to have: - experience with Microsoft Foundry or Azure AI native solutions, - experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based products, - experience administering or integrating self-hosted Confluence environments, - general experience working with on-premises enterprise infrastructure, - familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-native architectures, - experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work. - Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches. ## Recruitment Process: CV review – HR call – Interview – Client Interview – Decision
