Job Description
## Company Description
✨ About Voyage Privé
Founded in France in 2006, Voyage Privé has grown from an ambitious startup into Europe’s leading travel tech platform. Operating across 9 markets with tens of millions of users, we are not just another e-commerce success story – we are a tech powerhouse redefining online luxury travel.
Our culture is mission-driven, blending performance with impact. Our innovative campus brings together tech talent, professional athletes, students, and artists, fostering an ecosystem where digital innovation fuels business growth and meaningful change.
We are now entering a new phase, upgrading our technical foundation with cloud architecture, AI, and real-time systems to become a top-of-mind platform for luxury travelers and a trusted high-performance partner for providers.
## Job Description
🎯 Your Mission
As a Senior Global Buyer French Antilles (Guadeloupe & Martinique), you will take ownership of one of our most exciting and challenging destinations. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you will rebuild, grow and lead our hotel portfolio across Guadeloupe and Martinique, two destinations with exceptional potential and a clear ambition: recover ground and bring these islands back to their full performance level on the VP platform.
This is not a maintenance role. It's a sourcing & growth mission on a destination that has seen significant supplier changes and requires someone who thrives in complex environments, knows how to open doors, and builds long-term partnerships from scratch.
You'll be the key point of contact for our hotel partners, their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Rebuild and expand the hotel portfolio : actively source new hotel partners across Guadeloupe & Martinique to replace lost suppliers and diversify the offer — boutique properties, resorts, self-catering, circuits and Tour operators
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit ambitious revenue targets
• Be the face of Voyage Privé on the ground : pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners, you are comfortable walking into a GM's office cold
• Develop new product formats : tours, circuits, island-hopping experiences
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Content, Marketing) to maximize campaign performance and slot allocation
• Monitor seasonal risks (cyclone season, ADR pressure, competitive dynamics) and build contingency plans
• Travel regularly to meet partners on both islands and represent VP at key industry events
## Qualifications
💡 What We're Looking For
We are looking for a senior, resilient, and hungry profile, someone who sees a challenge as an opportunity, who knows how to source in a market that is not easy, and who has the ambition to make a real mark.
Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement
-Strong sourcing appetite : comfortable opening new partnerships from scratch, not just managing an existing portfolio
-Resilience and ambition : the French Antilles market has undergone significant changes — we need someone who bounces back fast and finds solutions where others see obstacles
-Negotiation skills at senior level : ease in dealing with GMs, Revenue Managers, and regional directors of major hotel groups
-Market knowledge of the French Antilles hospitality landscape is a strong plus ; existing contacts with local hoteliers and DMCs is highly valued
-Data-driven and structured : comfortable reading performance data, identifying gaps, and building action plans
-Fluent in French & English ; Spanish is a plus
-Willingness to travel regularly to Guadeloupe and Martinique to meet partners on the ground
🌺 Why This Role
•A high-visibility mission within the LATAM & Caribbean cluster, reporting directly to the Global Purchasing Manager
•A destination with strong upside : Q4 2025 was a record (2M€+) and the potential to rebuild to that level, and beyond, is real
•A blank page on sourcing : you will have a genuine impact on what the portfolio looks like in 12 months
•A fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where your decisions translate directly into business results
