Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Spain. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding strategic partnerships and driving growth within the crypto and digital asset ecosystem. You will focus on building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, affiliates, trading communities, and industry partners across Eastern European markets. This role combines business development, market analysis, partnership management, and growth strategy to increase user engagement and commercial impact. You will work in a fast-paced international environment where innovation, collaboration, and ownership are highly valued. The position offers the opportunity to influence market expansion, develop valuable partnerships, and contribute to the adoption of next-generation financial technologies. ### Accountabilities - Develop and execute business development strategies to expand affiliate and partnership networks within Czechia, Slovakia, and surrounding markets. - Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, VIP traders, influencers, affiliates, and trading communities. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships from initial outreach through negotiation, activation, and long-term collaboration. - Create and implement growth initiatives designed to increase user acquisition, trading activity, content engagement, and transaction volume through partner channels. - Develop strong relationships with partners by understanding their objectives, providing support, and aligning partnership strategies with business goals. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to share market insights and improve offerings for target audiences. - Monitor partnership performance, analyze results, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and business initiatives. - Stay informed about crypto industry developments, trading trends, market regulations, and competitive dynamics. - Represent the organization in partner meetings, industry communities, and relevant market discussions. ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Proven experience in affiliate development, business development, partnerships, or growth roles within the crypto, finance, trading, or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, trading markets, financial products, and industry trends. - Experience building and managing partnerships with affiliates, influencers, communities, or high-value clients. - Previous experience working with Czech and Slovak markets is highly desirable. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic actions. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in an international environment. - Strong understanding of financial market dynamics and regulatory considerations in Eastern Europe. - Fluency in English and Czech is required. - Knowledge of additional Eastern European languages is considered an advantage. - Previous experience with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, CFD brokers, or blockchain companies is highly preferred. - Genuine interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and emerging financial technologies. ## Benefits - Competitive total compensation package. - Fully remote and flexible working environment. - Learning and development programs to support professional growth. - Education subsidies and opportunities for continuous skill development. - Team-building activities and company events. - Opportunity to work in a global environment at the forefront of digital asset innovation. - Exposure to international markets and strategic partnership opportunities. - Collaborative culture focused on ownership, innovation, and impact.
