Job Description
As a Brand Specialist – Graphic Designer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for creating and managing graphic design assets to support the Honeywell brand. As part of the corporate brand team, you will create both print and digital content assets that address a range of global needs. Spanning everything from annual reports to advertisements to logos to digital designs for CCTV to executive power point presentations, you will have the opportunity to execute the brand in many environments. This role will call on your creativity to execute a new brand launching June 29. Created by one of the world’s leading branding firms, this new brand must now come to life in all the company’s touchpoints, and you will play a key role in that effort.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles and an ability to apply a brand across platforms. Additionally, the designer will have a portfolio of successful corporate work, demonstrated ability to deliver tasteful work commensurate with a top 100 global brand, and bring a creative eye to the work to ensure the brand is presented as envisioned.
### Responsibilities

- Develop and design visual content for a wide variety of corporate needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and ensure alignment with corporate identity guidelines.
- Create engaging infographics and visual storytelling elements to enhance the company’s messaging.
- Design layouts for both print and digital platforms while considering user experience and functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
### Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience of at least 8 - 10 years in brand management/marketing
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies
- Demonstrated experience in brand architecture, brand research, training, and governance
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on a global team
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Passion for branding and marketing
- Proven track record of driving brand growth and market share
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
