Our mission is to create simpler, smarter financial services that empower credit unions and their members. **http://www.blossom.net** We are looking for a **Senior Data Engineer** to join our growing Data team and design scalable, cloud-native data solutions using AWS. ## **About the Role** As a **Senior Data Engineer**, you will design, build, and maintain AWS data infrastructure that powers analytics and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists, leading technical initiatives and building scalable, high-performance data solutions. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field. - 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, including production environments on AWS. - Strong experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data lakes. - Expertise with **AWS S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, EMR, Lake Formation, and Kinesis**. - Advanced **Python**, **SQL**, and **PySpark** skills. - Experience with **Apache Airflow**, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform), and Git. - Experience supporting Data Analytics and Data Science teams. - Knowledge of AWS security, monitoring, and cost optimization best practices. - **Advanced English (B2+ or higher).** - AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Data Analytics, or Database Specialty) are a plus. - Must be currently located in Colombia. ## Perks - 100% Remote Work. - Multicultural Environment. - Learning & Growth Opportunities. - Work with modern AWS technologies. - Make an impact by building the next generation of fintech solutions. **Apply Now!**
