We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries. ## Job Description What you will do: - Work on modern data platforms, analytics solutions, process automation and new AI-enabled capabilities across multiple business domains - Develop advanced analytical and data engineering solutions supporting data analysis and ad-hoc insights. - Develop scalable, cloud-native data platforms and pipelines for structured and unstructured data. - Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud-native services. - Collaborate with analytics, product, engineering and partners to translate requirements into reliable, high-value data solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring adherence to established engineering standards and quality procedures. - Develop data solutions using modern cloud technologies (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue or equivalent services). - Take ownership of data solutions throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to deployment and continuous improvement. - Explore and implement modern data, automation and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and data quality ## Qualifications What you will bring: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field. - 4+ years of experience in the field of data analytics; - Experience designing data engineering solutions in AWS environments. - SQL expertise and programming skills (Python / PySpark preferred). - Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, distributed processing and modern data architecture patterns. - Experience with integration patterns and secure data handling practices. - Experience working in Agile teams. - Analytical thinking and ability to collaborate with all kinds of partners. ## Additional Information What you will get: - Personal Development - career pathway for professional growth supported by learning and development programs and unlimited access to online educational training courses, learning materials and book. - Work environment - excellent work conditions with friendly environment, recognized team spirit, and fun and quality recreation time. - Social benefit package including life insurance, food vouchers, additional health insurance, monthly flex allowance and internet coverage, corporate discounts, marriage and childbirth / adoption allowance, Multisport card, Sharesave plan, Employee assistance program, а birthday gift and many other benefits! - Work-life balance - 25 days paid vacation, 1 additional day off for your birthday and extra 3 paid days for participation in Social responsibility event. - Opportunity for Flexible working hours and Home Office.
