We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries. ## Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced **Senior Data Scientist** to support the maintenance, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement of production analytics models and data processes. In this role, you will ensure analytical solutions remain accurate, stable, compliant, and aligned with business and client requirements. You will work with large-scale datasets, monitor model performance, investigate data and model anomalies, implement model enhancements, and support data-driven decision-making across multiple client environments. You combine strong statistical and machine learning expertise with practical experience in model governance, data quality management, and production analytics. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, product stakeholders, and clients to maintain high-performing analytical solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing innovation within the analytics organization. You will also mentor team members, contributing to best practices, and sharing technical expertise across the broader analytics community.
