Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: London (hybrid-working)

About the role
As a Senior Developer you will be part of a small innovation team responsible for bringing a world-leading, cutting-edge AI-driven music and language teaching/analytics product in-house. You will help evolve our existing pilot codebase into a robust, scalable production system while building out a strong backlog of new features in collaboration with AI, DevOps, and Data colleagues. The innovation team is moving to an AI-first model for development which you will play a key role in.
We are currently recruiting for multiple Senior Developers and are willing to look at candidates with various levels of experience so please get in touch.
About you
We are looking for someone who has a blend of analytical and technical skills and collaborate well with stakeholders including developers overseas.
Key skills and experience required for this role include:
- Hands-on experience developing production software using AI-assisted development tools
- Strong experience with ReactJS, Next.js, and front-end UI development
- Solid understanding of UI development
- Full-stack experience with both NoSQL (DynamoDB) and SQL
- Ability to contribute effectively in small agile teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
