TTEC Digital seeks **Senior Digital & UX/UI Designer** to join our marketing team.
This is a hybrid work arrangement in which you will work on-site up to 1-2 days per week.

As a Digital-First Designer on the marketing team, you will **lead the creation and evolution of digital assets and experiences across TTEC’s web ecosystem**. This hybrid role sits between UX/UI and digital brand design, with a strong focus on delivering high-performing, visually compelling, and user-centered web experiences. You will drive digital innovation within the brand and communications team, exploring and applying new approaches in interactivity, multimedia, and AI to elevate B2B campaign performance and web engagement.
You will be responsible for driving the continuous visual improvement of TTEC’s web presence, partnering closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless execution. This includes designing and refining key site sections, subsections, and campaign landing pages to keep experiences fresh, modern, and aligned with the brand identity. You will also create and optimize digital assets developed in collaboration with the broader marketing design team—including ads, web components, email and web banners, and social media graphics—for use across TTEC’s digital platforms and channels.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience across digital design, user experience, and interface design, with the ability to translate concepts into effective digital assets. Strong understanding of HTML and modern layout principles, combined with high proficiency in real-time prototyping tools such as Figma and Webflow.
You will report to the Creative Director.
### What You Will Do:
- **Create & Innovate:** Bring fresh ideas for a worldwide leader brand in the customer experience market, creating exciting opportunities for new thinking, research & interaction in the digital field. Be able to implement the most innovative tools on TTEC's digital channels in terms of web experience, animation components, and graphic resources that capture the audience's attention.
- **Lead to Ensure Success & Engagement:** Own and evolve the information architecture of our web sites & channels, structuring content through clear user flows and wireframes when needed. Co-create with the global design team to deliver high-quality B2B assets such as landing pages, page prototypes, visual ads, social media content, email templates, and other digital materials that solve user needs and convey strategic narratives.
- **Tell Strategic Brand Stories:** Bring digital brand stories to life through compelling visual treatments aligned with our positioning. Ensure consistency across channels while staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our digital presence modern and differentiated.
- **Design User-Centric Digital Elements:** Craft engaging UI and interaction designs, incorporating thoughtful data visualization and visual elements that improve comprehension and drive user engagement. Test and iterate on digital assets, pages & visuals to ensure that they resonate and deliver results. Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes for pages and digital experiences.
- **Iterate in an Agile Marketing Environment:** Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadline compliance while maintaining the highest-quality execution standards and sharp attention to detail. Be able to adapt and scale designs to meet stakeholder requirements and user needs.
- **Support & Evolve Our Brand Digital Presence:** Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to shape new concepts, refine our current site structures, and enhance usability and user experience across core digital touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
- **Maintain Design System Excellence:** Support the brand’s digital design system by contributing to strengthening the web design system of the brand (UI kit), managing the component library, conducting regular trend research initiatives and evolving templates, files, and other digital assets, and optimizing various files for ideal digital output/platform requirements.
### What You Will Bring:
**Tech Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong focus on web-based environments.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies.
- A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, design thinking, excellent graphic quality and a wide range of design styles.
- Expert-level proficiency in digital design tools, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint). Desired knowledge in Webflow.
- Desired proficiency in AI tools aimed at UX/UI development/prototyping and innovation.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern layout frameworks to effectively collaborate with development teams and ensure design feasibility.
- Experience designing and optimizing websites, landing pages, microsites, and interactive web components for B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across digital assets.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for inclusive digital design.
- Bonus points for experience in interactive design, motion graphics, basic video production.
- Proficiency in English at a bilingual conversational level is a MUST-HAVE. All work is carried out alongside a global team of marketing professionals
