Ability to design a solution from a blueprint without detailed functional or technical specifications. - Hands-on experience in RF (Radio Frequency) framework for mobile device integration. - Experience in MFS for fully automated warehouses and usage of interfaces via TCP/IP to PLC is a plus. - Experience in integration with automated warehouse systems (conveyors, Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems, Automated Guided Vehicles). - Experience in one or more general programming/scripting languages such as Java, C#, ReactJS or similar is a plus. - Knowledge of software development in general (methodology, concepts, design patterns) and familiarity with DevOps practices. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Framework and Issue Management Tools (such as Jira) is a plus. - Experience working independently on client projects. - Ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions. - Solid understanding of at least one business process they’ve previously worked on. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of intellectual capacity. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
