Your responsibility As part of our team, you will contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment while taking ownership of the following: - Requirement Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze and translate business needs into innovative software solutions - Design & Development: Build efficient, scalable and high-quality software aligned with business objectives - Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to clarify, refine and enhance requirements as well as foster an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across team - Technical Expertise: Guide your peers with your technical skills and grow alongside a diverse group of professionals - Our Tech Stack: - Angular 21 - Java (21) / Spring - PostgreSQL ## Qualifikationen Your Profile - University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; Relevant technical certifications are a plus - 5+ years of professional software development experience (including at least 3 years on a complex, long-term project) - Experience working with or contributing to a design system or component library and working closely with UX/UI designers - A strong understanding of development lifecycle management (Git, BitBucket) and hands-on experience with Pull Requests - Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, and an adaptable mindset - Keeps up with the evolving AI tooling landscape and proactively adopts new tools that improve team productivity - A collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills - Fluency in English, both written and verbal ## Zusätzliche Informationen We offer you At Datahouse, we prioritize work-life balance, offer flexible working arrangements, and foster a culture of support and continuous learning.
