The company is developing advanced digital solutions that support pharmaceutical organizations and researchers in managing and analyzing mathematical and computational models used in medicine development and research workflows. PROJECT The project focuses on building a cloud-native platform that combines scientific computing, data analysis, and AI-powered workflows. The solution enables users to upload, store, visualize, and analyze complex computational models while supporting technical and regulatory processes within the pharmaceutical industry. The platform leverages modern distributed architecture and provides engineers with opportunities to work on AI-powered features, event-driven systems, scalable APIs, and cloud-native services. ## Job Description - Develop and maintain modern Full Stack web applications with a strong focus on Back-end architecture and scalability - Design and implement AI-powered features and intelligent workflows - Build and operate reliable, secure, and scalable cloud-native services - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams - Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication - Implement microservices and event-driven architecture patterns - Ensure application reliability, observability, security, and performance - Contribute to CI/CD processes and engineering best practices - Promote engineering excellence and AI adoption within development teams ## Qualifications - At least 5+ years of commercial experience in software development - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript - Hands-on experience with React and Next.js in production environments - Strong experience with NestJS and scalable API design - Commercial experience with Go OR strong experience with Python ecosystem technologies - Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, pandas, numpy, and related Python tooling - Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems - Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM tools such as Prisma - Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with NATS.io or similar messaging technologies - Experience integrating IAM/SSO solutions such as Keycloak - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems - Knowledge of application security best practices - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Git - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams - Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English WILL BE A PLUS - Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or scientific research domains - Experience working with computational or mathematical modeling platforms - Familiarity with AI/ML integrations in enterprise applications - Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven systems - Experience with scientific or analytical data visualization - Familiarity with R for research or analytical purposes ## Additional Information PERSONAL PROFILE - Proactive and ownership-driven mindset - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in complex technical environments - Interest in modern AI technologies and innovation - Focus on engineering quality and continuous improvement
