## Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Capital Markets & Derivatives Are you passionate about building innovative technology solutions in Capital Markets? Join Manulife’s Derivatives Product Team and help shape the future of trading, risk management, and AI-driven financial platforms. We're seeking a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** with strong software engineering expertise and experience in derivatives trading systems. In this role, you'll design, develop, and support scalable, cloud-native applications that power critical business capabilities across trading, analytics, and risk management. ### What You'll Bring - 5+ years of full-stack software development experience - Strong expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, and Python** - Hands-on experience with **Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, SQL Server, and Databricks** - Experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines - Strong understanding of **Capital Markets** and financial derivatives (options, futures, forwards, and swaps) - Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills ### What You'll Do - Design and develop high-performance trading and risk management applications - Build cloud-native solutions on Azure using modern engineering practices - Integrate market data, analytics platforms, and AI-powered capabilities into trading workflows - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to deliver strategic technology initiatives - Drive continuous improvement through Agile delivery, automation, and engineering best practices ### Nice to Have - Derivatives pricing and risk management expertise - Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, Findur, or Aladdin - Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or enterprise copilot development experience - Knowledge of Fixed Income products and markets ### Why Join Manulife? The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
