Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time. **We are looking for a dedicated Senior FullStack Developer to join our team in Bucharest!** **What You'll get to do:** - Own the design, development, and delivery of complex features and automation solutions across the stack. - Define, enforce, and continuously improve internal coding standards, operational processes, and best practices. - Refactor, optimize, and extend existing codebases and automation scripts with a focus on maintainability, performance, and scalability. - Lead code reviews, set quality expectations, and mentor junior and mid-level colleagues. - Ensure comprehensive testing and documentation across owned areas. - Take ownership of incident management, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support, including root cause analysis and prevention. - Drive technical decisions and contribute actively to architectural discussions and long-term technical direction. - Break down complex initiatives into deliverable tasks, provide reliable estimates, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders. - Handle high-complexity incidents end to end and act as an escalation point for the team. - Share knowledge proactively and contribute to the team's overall technical growth. **What we’re looking for:** - 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development. - Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, REST API design, and automation. - Deep understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, data structures, and system design fundamentals. - Proficiency with Git, Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines. - Proven track record of improving code quality, test coverage, and development processes. - Strong communication skills, including mentoring, giving structured feedback, and cross-team collaboration. - Ability to work fully autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment. - Advanced English (writing and speaking). **Here's what we offer:** - Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us. - Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter. - 3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required. - Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance. - Private Medical Subscription. - Access online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training. - Access to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health.
