Job Description

The Senior HR & Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing daily HR and administrative operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, labor law compliance, employee engagement, and office administration. This role works closely with management and employees to ensure effective HR services and a productive workplace environment. ### Key Responsibilities - Monthly salary process, compensation & benefits, and statutory compliance. - Coordinate recruitment, onboarding/ offboarding. - Manage employee records, labor contracts, insurance, and HR administration. - Support employee relations, engagement programs, and performance management. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR audits. - Maintain HR systems, databases, and reports. - Organize training and development programs. - Handle office administration, company events, and vendor coordination. ### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - +4–>6 years of experience in HR operations/generalist roles. - Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, C&B, and HR administration. - Experience with recruitment and employee relations. - Rich experience working with and supporting a young workforce (Gen Z/Young Generation employees) is highly preferred. - Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information. - Good command of English is preferred. ### Benefits - Working hours: Monday - Friday, Saturday morning (work from home) - Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience. - Annual performance review and bonus opportunities. - Full statutory benefits in accordance with Vietnam Labor Law and additional insurance (24/07) from Company. - Professional, international, and collaborative working environment. - Birthday, holiday, and special occasion gifts. - Convenient office location and modern working facilities.
