## Description
CenCore is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide full-cycle human resources support across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who brings broad generalist expertise, sound judgment, and the confidence to advise employees, managers, and leadership across a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding, compliance, performance management, benefits coordination, HRIS administration, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of progressive HR experience and the ability to operate as a trusted HR partner in a hands-on, high-visibility role.
Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition and Workforce Support: Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to support job postings, candidate flow, interview coordination, selection processes, and workforce planning needs.

- Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Lifecycle Administration: Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, exit processes, records updates, and related documentation to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes, coaching conversations, corrective action documentation, employee development planning, and manager guidance related to performance expectations.
- Benefits, Leave, and HR Program Support: Assist with benefits administration, leave coordination, employee questions, policy interpretation, and communication of HR programs in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Compliance and Policy Administration: Help maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, internal procedures, recordkeeping standards, and audit requirements.
- HRIS, Data, and Reporting: Maintain accurate HRIS records, support data integrity, prepare reports, track HR metrics, and use workforce data to identify trends and recommend practical improvements.
- HR Projects and Process Improvement: Lead or support HR initiatives, policy updates, workflow improvements, system improvements, and cross-functional projects that strengthen HR operations and organizational effectiveness.
- Employee Experience and Culture: Promote a respectful, professional, and mission-focused workplace culture through responsive HR support, clear communication, and consistent application of policies and practices.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall HR and business needs.
