As a Senior IAM DevOps Engineer, you will: - Design, develop, and enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms - Analyze, remediate, and improve existing IAM services to enhance security, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency - Automate IAM processes and control activities to reduce manual effort and improve service reliability - Develop and maintain IAM workflows, configurations, integrations, scripts, and automation solutions - Support identity lifecycle management activities including onboarding, access provisioning, access modification, and deprovisioning - Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM platform issues, integrations, and service-related challenges - Improve IAM service quality through continuous enhancements, monitoring, and engineering best practices - Strengthen audit readiness by improving control effectiveness, evidencing, traceability, and compliance processes - Translate operational issues, technical risks, and control findings into sustainable IAM solutions - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Security teams, Risk & Compliance teams, architects, and engineering teams What You Bring to the Table: - Extensive experience as an IAM Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Software Engineer within complex enterprise environments - Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions - Strong understanding of IAM principles including provisioning, deprovisioning, access governance, access certification, reconciliation, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and Segregation of Duties - Strong proficiency in SQL with experience analyzing, validating, and improving IAM-related datasets - Experience with SQL Server, APIs, web services, scripting, automation tools, job services, data mapping, and system integrations - Experience designing, improving, and supporting IAM workflows, jobs, connectors, and application integrations - Experience automating IAM operational activities, control execution, monitoring, and reporting processes - Strong understanding of security, governance, risk, and compliance requirements in IAM environments - Experience working in regulated environments with focus on traceability, audit readiness, and operational controls - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements - Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders You Should Possess the Ability To: - Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable IAM solutions - Drive automation initiatives to improve IAM service maturity and operational efficiency - Convert business requirements, control gaps, and technical challenges into effective engineering solutions - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across security, risk, compliance, and engineering functions - Take ownership of IAM improvements and contribute to continuous service optimization - Work independently while contributing effectively within an agile delivery environment What We Bring to the Table: - Opportunity to work on enterprise-level IAM transformation and security initiatives - Exposure to Identity Governance, automation, and compliance-driven engineering practices - Collaborative environment with security, engineering, risk, and business teams - Opportunity to improve critical IAM services through automation and innovation - Growth opportunities through challenging identity and security-focused projects Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
