Experience in motion design related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements. Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work samples in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in technical leadership and managing projects. Experience with vibe coding tools, including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, and Firebase Studio. Familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments. Knowledge of technical constraints in designing for iOS. Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills. Comfortable working across discipline lines, you will develop products and prototypes that bring innovative ideas to life. Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. In a fast-paced environment, you will use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user-facing technologies to: create prototypes that define product experiences; launch innovative features; build tools to accelerate UX teams; and bridge design and engineering to ensure efficient, high-quality execution. In this role, you will partner directly with Engineers to dig into new technologies to understand the capabilities and limitations of production stacks. You will be able to deliver production ready prototypes that test the feasibility of designs and have the ability to build and clean foundational code for testing and early stages of production. Responsibilities Test concepts for iteration, research, and validation, conceiving and delivering engaging prototypes across a portfolio of products. Identify emerging needs, develop interaction design best practices, and contribute to pattern documentation. Manage or contribute to key projects. Develop, brainstorm, and define approaches that optimize implementation of the design intent. Ensure a holistic systems-thinking approach and advocate for user needs across platforms and applications.
