As a Senior MarkLogic Developer, you will: - Lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions using MarkLogic NoSQL multi-model database technologies. - Drive technical solution architecture by translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions. - Lead technical workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams. - Define and execute the IT roadmap, including epics, features, and long-term technology initiatives. - Provide technical leadership for application development aligned with business objectives. - Design and implement data models and data integration solutions using MarkLogic. - Develop and maintain solutions using XQuery, XML, XSLT, XPath, XSD/XSS, JavaScript, Java, and Node.js. - Collaborate with IT architects to identify risks, define standards, and ensure architectural compliance. - Guide DevOps implementation using GitLab, JFrog, Terraform, and Helm. - Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices in solution delivery. What You Bring to the Table: - 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in enterprise application development. - Extensive hands-on experience with MarkLogic NoSQL multi-model database, data modeling, and data integration. - Strong expertise in XML technologies including XQuery, XSLT, XPath, XSD/XSS, and XQuery Full-Text (FO) where applicable. - Proficiency in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, and enterprise application development. - Experience with DevOps tools including GitLab, JFrog, Terraform, and Helm. - Proven experience in defining solution architecture and aligning technology with business objectives. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. - Experience leading technical workshops and driving enterprise-level solution delivery.
