Job Description

The team develops mission-critical platforms supporting business operations and country programs and is seeking a Senior .NET Developer who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions and guide development teams through complex implementations. ## This is your job: - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. - Lead the delivery of complex software features and system enhancements from concept through production deployment. - Perform detailed code reviews and establish development quality benchmarks. - Collaborate in technical design sessions and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. - Guide development teams in implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. - Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, messaging platforms, and cloud services. - Drive adoption of engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps - Diagnose and resolve complex application, performance, and production issues. - Contribute to system modernization initiatives and technical roadmap planning. ## Your qualifications: Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. - Demonstrated experience leading development teams and major technical initiatives. Technical Competencies - Expert knowledge of C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and modern software architecture patterns. - Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development. - Experience with messaging technologies, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. - Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and performance tuning. - Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Non-Functional Expertise - Deep understanding of scalability, reliability, resiliency, and fault-tolerant system design. - Strong knowledge of application security, identity management, and secure development practices. - Experience implementing monitoring, telemetry, observability, and operational support frameworks. - Experience designing highly available and maintainable systems capable of supporting large-scale business operations. Leadership Competencies - Proven ability to work in distributed development teams and technical workstreams. - Strong mentoring and coaching skills. - Experience conducting solution and code reviews - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated ownership and accountability for solution quality and successful delivery outcomes. Preferred Qualifications - Experience delivering solutions in large international organizations. - Experience working within SAFe teams. - Microsoft Azure certifications. - Experience with enterprise integration platforms, APIs, and cloud-based architecture. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Experience supporting mission-critical production systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives. ## Organizational information: - All applications will be treated in strict confidentiality - Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview
