The Role As a Senior .Net Developer, you’ll be a technical pillar within your squad, focusing on the design and delivery of end-to-end features and subsystems. In this role, you won't just write code; you will help shape our technical direction, mentor aspiring developers, and ensure our solutions are modular, inclusive, and scalable. What You'll Bring: - Significant experience delivering complex digital products, with deep expertise in .NET, C#, and React, building scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions. - Strong experience designing and developing cloud-based applications using Azure, with an understanding of modern architecture patterns and best practices. - A thoughtful approach to designing scalable architectures and implementing robust testing strategies across unit, integration, and UI testing. - Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code practices, maintainability, and security standards. - A collaborative and supportive mentoring style, providing constructive feedback through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance. - Experience with technologies and patterns such as Azure services, Durable Functions, Event Sourcing, and SQL would be advantageous.
