The Reliability Engineer will continually improve the service delivered by the M&S Connectivity team, while ensuring commercial value and effective oversight. Working within the Connectivity team, the role supports the lifecycle of projects and operations, ensuring that solutions are crafted, implemented and operated in line with agreed Service Level Indicators and Objectives. The role requires a blend of engineering, operational and analytical capability to identify issues, assess root causes and implement appropriate actions that improve service performance.
