As we expand into enterprise software and AI-powered platforms, maintaining that level of craftsmanship while designing for greater complexity is one of our biggest competitive advantages. We're looking for a senior designer who doesn't stop at a design tool. You'll build real, working prototypes that engineering can react to and build from, and you'll design systems that hold together whether they're being used by our internal team, shown inside a partner's app, or given to a private bank's advisors. You'll work at the intersection of AI, wealth management, and enterprise software, partnering closely with product and engineering to turn complex problems into experiences that are elegant, intuitive, and production-ready. We care deeply about craft, and we're looking for someone who shares that obsession with quality. # **What You Will Do** - Design AI-native workflows, including conversational interfaces and human-in-the-loop interactions, that help users complete complex financial tasks with confidence - Shape product direction with Product and Engineering by turning customer problems into intuitive experiences, working collaboratively to define what should be built, not just how it should look. - Prototype and validate ideas using modern design and AI-assisted tools, testing with real users before engineering builds - Build and evolve a design system flexible enough to support customization without breaking visual and interaction consistency - Raise the bar for craft across every interaction, from typography and motion to micro-interactions and visual polish - Partner directly with engineering, product, and partner-facing teams, including external partner design and brand teams where relevant. - Work closely with engineers through implementation to ensure shipped products match the intended user experience and maintain a high standard of quality. # **Who You Are** - 6+ years of in-house product design experience, spanning consumer and/or platform products - A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, visual craft, and interactive prototypes that closely resemble production experiences - Demonstrated ability to simplify highly complex workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences - Experience designing and building platforms # **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience simplifying complex or information-dense workflows; fintech or enterprise software experience is a plus - Experience managing executive stakeholders, internal and external - Comfortable using customer research, analytics, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to inform design decisions **Important**: Please submit your portfolio with the application # **What We Offer** - Robust health insurance offering for you and your family - 20 weeks of parental leave - 15 days PTO annually plus national and company holidays - Up to SG$75 per month reimbursement for internet
